INJECTION
Our activity is mainly dedicated to plastic injection; That is why we have a fleet of injectors that are capable of injecting parts ranging from less than one milligram to more than 4 kilos. All of them have robot hands, material dryers and part conveyor belts to avoid damage to them.
We inject more than 100,000 parts into our machines daily, following specific quality controls according to the sector they represent.
Our great experience in this process allows us to have products such as technical parts, aspect parts, over-injected or some from sectors such as food or the cosmetic industry. You can see examples of our products here.
The materials we use at INPLASOR meet all the quality standards of the market, and all their batches are guaranteed with certificates of density, flammability and others (upon request).
